This is a reference implementation of the UPC V1.0 collective functions.
This implementation conforms to UPC V1.1.
The library was developed over Myricom's GM-1.6.5 communication layer over
Myrinet interconnet. These collectives also allows the use of MYSYNC
synchronization.
The UPC collective conformance suite is a collection of tests that help determine how closely a given implementation of the UPC collective operations conform to the specifications.
